Scott has run a highly successful practice headquartered in Florida while living half the year in Sweden! Tad is a successful owner of several small businesses currently switching to remote work. They provided valuable insights on what types of work from home policies you should consider implementing at your business and what programs, materials and practices have worked best for them.
