Herman, who has been named to the Best Lawyers list since 1983, is also recognized for being one of a distinguished group of attorneys who have been listed in the publication for 25 years or longer.

Managing Partner Steven Lane, who has been recognized each year since 2005, was named for his excellence in Family Law.

Jim Klick was recognized for his work in the field of Medical Malpractice.

Best Lawyers’ goal, for more than a quarter of a century, has been to help lawyers and clients find legal counsel in unfamiliar jurisdictions or unfamiliar practice areas. Selection to Best Lawyers is based on a confidential, peer-review survey comprised of more than 3.9 million evaluations by the top attorneys in the country.
