Following the tragic collapse of the Hard Rock Hotel in New Orleans, Morgan & Morgan and Herman, Herman & Katz have filed a lawsuit on behalf of 10 people injured in the disaster. “The primary goal is to get to the bottom of exactly what happened, and make sure that nothing like this ever happens again,” Steve Herman of Herman, Herman & Katz and Morgan & Morgan P.A. attorney Rene Rocha said in a statement.
