Steve Herman, Faculty, AAJ Trial Advocacy College: Depositions, April 13-15, 2023

HKGC Partner Steve Herman will be a Workshop Leader at the American Association for Justice (AAJ) 2023 Trial Advocacy College on Depositions. Mr. Herman will be speaking on:

• Deposition Basics – Techniques of Exhaustion, Boxing-In, and Summarization
• Difficult Depositions
• Dealing with Obstruction (Ethics)

AAJ Education’s Depositions College combines lectures, demonstrations, and small-group, interactive workshops led by experienced faculty from all over the country who provide practical and proven techniques. Other topics that will be covered include developing a discovery plan, deposing the defense expert witness, and structuring the Miller Mousetrap.

The program will be held at the AAJ Headquarters in Washington, DC., from April 13, 2023 — April 15, 2023.
