COVID-19 and Remote Work Practices Webinar, March 24th, 12:00 pm CDT

On March 24, 2010, Herman, Katz, Gisleson & Cain offered a complimentary webinar along with our colleagues from Injury Board, a national network of law firms across the United States and the UK, covering the best practices for businesses who are now working remotely due to the pandemic.

Michael Leizerman, Scott Marshall and Tad Thomas shared their own best practices and lessons from their years of developing their firms into successful remote workplaces.  Michael has developed a sophisticated home office that acts as a remote studio and has been especially successful in attorney-to-attorney conferencing and collaboration. Scott has run a highly successful practice headquartered in Florida while living half the year in Sweden! Tad is a successful owner of several small businesses currently switching to remote work.  They provided valuable insights on what types of work from home policies you should consider implementing at your business and what programs, materials and practices have worked best for them.
